For both Buyers and Sellers, use-related Transactions Fees are charged for the transaction and settlement services.
- Buyers are charged 1,75% of the purchase price per Carbon Emission Right traded for transactions < 1 million tonnes and 1% for transactions > 1 million tonnes.
- Sellers are charged 1% of the purchase price per Carbon Emission Right traded for transactions < 1 million tonnes and 0.5% for transactions > 1 million tonnes.
In case the ERPA cannot be signed due to cancellation or default of one of the Participants (Seller or Buyer), the use-related fee will be waived (or credited) to the other party by Climex.
All fees are excluding VAT.
