In order to participate on the Climex Auction Platform, registration as a Participant is required. Membership is free of charge and without any further obligations.
One-time sellers do not necessarily have to become a Participant. Please contact us on the possibilities of organizing an auction.
To register on the Climex Auction Platform, please provide us with the following information and documents:
- Two copies of the signed Climex Participation Contract Auctions;
- An extract from the Register of the Chamber of Commerce or similar authority; and/or
- A duly signed confirmation from a Notary, confirming the existence of the Legal Entity and its authorization schedule, as well as a copy of the Articles of Association;
- Copies of the valid passports of the Legal Representative and Authorized Users.
Please note that if you already are a Climex Participant for Spot trading, or if you are registering for Spot Trading as well as Auctions, we only need the passport copies of additional authorized users and contact persons.
